Sylvan Gustin

Sales Associate

Description

From designing architectural plans as a young boy to helping his brothers build custom homes as a teenager, it is no wonder Sylvan now works to help his clients find a place to make cherished, lifelong memories. Having grown up digging his feet into Florida’s powdery beaches and rolling down the green foothills of the Appalachian mountains in Alabama, Sylvan understands that where you live makes all the difference.
When he wasn’t exploring the inspiring Uinta geography, Sylvan developed his knack for numbers at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance. Clients have come to appreciate his background as he helps them understand the advantages of their real estate investments, whether it’s their primary residence or an investment property.
After college, Sylvan built a successful business and then sold it to focus his attention on helping his clients pursue their real estate priorities. Sylvan is inspired and excited by the Sotheby’s professionals who share his passion and enthusiasm for finding others the perfect place to call home.
Ensuring his clients are happy means Sylvan brings his “A-game” every day and finds ways to add unexpected value to his clients’ search for their special property. He understands how important it is to listen to his clients’ wants and needs, as he provides the service, counsel, and expertise needed for each unique situation.
To feign a sense of work-life balance, you might find Sylvan dinking around on the pickleball court with friends and family, carving up freshly fallen snow, and traversing fun trails on his mountain bike. Staying active and enjoying Utah’s beautiful outdoors rejuvenates him.
